Previously as partner of a Nebraska company, he led the company’s growth from $3M annually in sales to a peak of $45M. He holds a degree in Accounting from the G.I. School of Business. |

Hensley Stewart has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing management, operations, business development and strategic planning. Prior to joining HDC, Hensley was Director of Business development at Digital Defense Group, a biometric security company. Hensley has had numerous public speaking engagements on a local and national level. He has served as a Major and National Account sales executive with numerous responsibilities, including procurement services and business development. |

Anil Srinivasan is an IT leader with 20 years of experience managing secure enterprise system development initiatives, technology solutions consulting and global outsourcing services. He has worked with leading organizations in the USA, UK and India managing people, processes and projects. He has successfully managed the development and marketing of an enterprise-level software package for behavioral healthcare facilities. He has effectively delivered corporate training programs in emerging tools, technologies and methodologies. |

Ron Novero has over 10 years corporate experience and 16 years as a private consultant providing business and production management, and new venture analysis services. He and his wife owned a health information services company that provided automated coding and abstracting for acute care hospitals. He was also instrumental in the development of data base management services for rural hospitals. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree. |
